Please read this document carefully. It explains the policies and responsibilities connected to RFQ AutoPilot.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to RFQ AutoPilot, including the Chrome extension, website, accounts, subscription features, and support services operated by Inoviqa LLC.
By using the service, you confirm that you can legally enter into this agreement for yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Business use
RFQ AutoPilot is designed for lawful business quotation workflows. You may not use it for fraud, spam, deceptive offers, unauthorized data processing, infringement, malware, security abuse, or any activity prohibited by law or third-party platform rules.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, authorized user access, and activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Extension permissions and third-party platforms
The extension may request browser permissions needed for its disclosed features. Your use of Chrome, Gmail, Outlook, payment services, AI providers, and other third-party platforms is also governed by their terms.
RFQ AutoPilot is not endorsed by Google, Microsoft, or any other platform unless explicitly stated in writing.
5. RFQ and quotation responsibilities
You are solely responsible for reviewing all RFQ information and generated output before use. This includes buyer identity, line items, part numbers, specifications, quantities, units, prices, totals, taxes, currency, delivery, lead time, payment, warranty, validity, compliance, and contractual terms.
The service does not replace engineering, legal, tax, accounting, compliance, export-control, credit, or management review.
6. AI and extraction limitations
Automated extraction and generated content may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular transaction. Poor scans, unusual tables, complex attachments, ambiguous requests, and missing context can reduce accuracy.
You must verify output against the original RFQ and approved internal information before sending a quotation.
7. Plans, limits, and billing
The service may offer Free, Solo, Pro, or other plans with different limits. Current pricing, billing period, feature limits, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation controls shown during checkout or inside the account take priority over older website descriptions.
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal and does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated in the checkout terms.
8. User content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.
You represent that you have permission to process and use the RFQ, buyer, employee, company, and commercial information submitted through the service.
9. Intellectual property
RFQ AutoPilot, its software, website, branding, design, and documentation are owned by Inoviqa LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service according to your plan and these Terms.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify features, limits, integrations, pricing, or availability. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address security concerns, or respond to misuse.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect extraction, complete compatibility, a particular sales outcome, or acceptance of any quotation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inoviqa LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, generated content, missed requirements, incorrect quotations, third-party services, or business decisions.
Any direct liability will be limited as permitted by applicable law and the amount paid for the service during the relevant period.
13. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized data processing, infringement, misleading quotations, breach of these Terms, or failure to review generated output.
14. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, payment failure, or unlawful use. Provisions that should logically survive termination will continue.
15. Governing terms and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Inoviqa LLC in its registered jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived. Before formal proceedings, contact support@rfqautopilot.com so the parties can attempt a practical resolution.
