Please read this document carefully. It explains the policies and responsibilities connected to RFQ AutoPilot.
1. Workflow tool, not professional advice
RFQ AutoPilot is a productivity and document-preparation tool. It does not provide engineering, legal, tax, accounting, compliance, procurement, export-control, credit, insurance, or financial advice.
2. Extraction and AI output
RFQ extraction and generated content can contain errors. The service may miss text, misunderstand tables, confuse units, misread scans, omit attachments, or produce wording that does not match the original buyer request.
Always compare extracted and generated content with the original email, PDF, spreadsheet, drawing, specification, and approved internal information.
3. Pricing and calculations
You are responsible for verifying unit prices, quantities, discounts, taxes, freight, currency, exchange rates, subtotals, totals, margins, and all other calculations. Do not rely on generated totals without an independent review.
4. Technical requirements
The extension does not determine whether your product or service meets drawings, standards, tolerances, materials, certifications, safety requirements, regulatory obligations, or buyer specifications. Qualified personnel must review technical feasibility.
5. Commercial and contractual terms
You are responsible for quotation validity, payment, delivery, lead time, warranty, returns, cancellation, liability, intellectual property, confidentiality, export, import, and other commercial terms.
6. No guarantee of acceptance or sales results
Using RFQ AutoPilot does not guarantee that a buyer will accept a quotation, place an order, pay an invoice, or continue a business relationship.
7. Third-party services
The service may depend on browser platforms, email providers, payment systems, hosting, AI processing, and other third-party services. Their availability, policies, and technical behavior are outside our direct control.
8. Product screenshots and examples
Website interface previews, buyer names, part numbers, RFQ references, prices, and quotation values are illustrative examples unless explicitly identified as real customer material.
9. Early-stage product information
Features, limits, prices, and integrations may change as the product develops. The current extension interface, Chrome Web Store listing, and checkout information should be treated as the most current product description.
